Have you had an energy audit through HES? This is a service every resident can use to save money on energy bills. This program Includes additional discounts for income eligible residents.

Stay informed – The HES Program is paid for through an initiative of the Energy Efficiency Fund, the Connecticut Green Bank, the State and your local electric and gas utilities with funding from a charge on customer energy bills. There is a growing fight against this charge.

  • Explore the PACE (People’s Action for Clean Energy) website. This site aggregates information from federal and state programs and offers instructions, links to resources and support services.
  • To jump right into the process, access the HeatSmart website. Select the Get Started button or call the number provided. Available in 14 Connecticut towns, including Middletown, this program is in place to help residents get the most out of rebates available through the EnergizeCT program.
