We are about to switch from cooling to heating season. What you learn can save you money on your energy bills!
Starting September 28th, we’ll be co-hosting monthly learning and help sessions with Eversource at the library.
Each of these free events will include light refreshments and fun ways to learn.
Session Topics and Times:
- Monday, September 28th – 6:30-7:30PM – Uncover the mysteries behind your electric and gas bill. To get the most from this session, bring your last bill.
- Monday, October – 6:30-7:30PM – Get HeatSmart Middletown! Learn how friends and neighbors are saving money on heating and cooling their homes. Don’t be left behind.
- If you have not had a Home Energy Assessment in the last 6 years, this session is for you. Learn about the service, how it can save you money, and sign up to schedule an appointment.
- Monday, November 6:30-7:30PM – Electricity 101 – Learn how to read your bill, how electricity gets to your home, discount programs and payment plans to help manage costs. To get the most from this session, bring your last bill.
